Congratulations – you’re getting married!

If the key words for your wedding are “Relaxed, Fun, Bold, Unusual, ROCKING” – you’ve come to the right place, Amiga! I don’t. Do. Boring. Holy Cow – who the heck wants a boring wedding anyway?!?

So, if you want to ‘Rock It’ – I’m here to help you!

Firstly, I know from personal experience that planning a wedding can make you feel super stressed. So, let me take off some of the pressure – breathe easy, your ceremony will be amazing, well organised and of course unique to you guys only.

Here’s the recipe for a rocking ceremony:

1. Contact me to arrange an initial, free, meeting – either face-to-face or through Facetime / Whatsapp etc.
2. If, after the meeting, you feel that I am the right celebrant for you, I would send you a booking form to complete along with details of the initial deposit required to secure your special date.

3. We would then arrange to discuss further details; what style of ceremony you’re dreaming of, how you guys met, how your love story progressed and how you arrived at the point of wanting to get married (eek – exciting!). We’d also talk about who’s who in your wedding party, the music / poems / readings etc. that you’d like to use. Don’t worry if you’re stuck on this stuff because I have ideas to help you.

4. I would then start to create your own bespoke ceremony ‘script’ and you’ll receive as many draft copies as it takes until you’re 100% delighted with the final ‘plan’.
5. If a rehearsal is required (location dependent) we’d hold this a few days before the actual wedding so that you and your wedding party feel comfortable and know what to expect on the day.
6. When the special day arrives I will calm your nerves before the ceremony begins and then proceed to deliver the one and only, unique to you, ceremony of your dreams!

*Celebrant’s travel expenses are included up to 20 miles from Shardlow in Derbyshire – outside of this area is charged at £0.50 per mile. Rehearsal is usually unnecessary however this can be arranged if required dependent on location at an additional cost of £30 per hour plus mileage (if applicable).
